𝟭/𝟮𝟱 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗛𝗤 𝗥𝗙𝗠𝗙

Forty-two participants of the 1/25 Warrant Officers Course visited all Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) Units today, (September 11, 2025) including the Strategic Headquarters (SHQ) in Suva.

The Unit tour was designed to give participants practical exposure to operational environments, strengthening their understanding of unit-level command responsibilities. It also aimed to reinforce the leadership and administrative competencies gained during their training at the Force Training Group in Nasinu.

At SHQ, the course members were briefed by Major Nanise Ralagi, Staff Officer Manning under RFMF Human Resource Management. She outlined the organizational structure of HQ RFMF and its key functions. Major Ralagi also emphasised how Human Resource Management roles align with the duties of Warrant Officers, particularly in relation to the welfare of RFMF personnel.
