Senior representatives from the Headquarters Republic of Fiji Military Forces (HQ RFMF) visited Canberra this week to engage with Australian Defence Force (ADF) counterparts on key human resource initiatives.
The RFMF delegation was led by Director of Human Resource Management (DHRM), Colonel (Col) Jofiliti Talemaibau, accompanied by Chief Staff Officer Human Resource Management (CSO HRM), Lieutenant Colonel (Lt Col) Edward Tunidau, and ADF Squadron Leader (SQNLDR) Kate Percival.
Discussions centred on critical personnel matters, including career management, civilian employment within the RFMF, and workforce designโ€”all critical components in building a capable and adaptive military workforce for the future.
The RFMF acknowledges the ongoing support and partnership of the ADF and extends its appreciation to all who contributed to this successful exchange.
